by project 1877 volunteers Tuesday, Sep. 09, 2003 at 8:38 AM
4805 Penn Avenue

for pittsburgh indymedia: Project 1877 is in jeopardy -- local support is needed immediately to keep the space running. On Wednesday September 10th at 7pm an emergency meeting will be held at project 1877.

Project 1877 may not be able to continue due to lack of core organizers and volunteers, as well as funding issues.

So, an emergency meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 10th at 7pm, at 1877. This is an extremely important project to a ton of folks and Pittsburgh in general, and it would be sad to lose such a great resource. If you care about this space it is imperative that you attend, otherwise it may be gone in less than a month. Bring ideas and energy!
