text Ramsey Clark: Join me in DC on Sept. 15 ImpeachBush.org 2007-08-10 6:14 PM
Below is an important message from former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark about the upcoming September 15 mass march and rally in Washington DC. ImpeachBush.org, the organization Ramsey Clark founded, and hundreds of other impeachment organizations are mobilizing with the anti-war movement for the September 15 Mass March. September 15 is when General David Petraeus makes his report to Congress about the Iraq war. Congress is expected to debate and vote on the question of Iraq war funding in mid-September. The latest this decision can come is Friday, September 28 - the last business day in the 2007 fiscal year. The impeachment movement is bringing thousands of people to join with the anti-war movement on September 15 to insist that Congress uphold its Constitutional mandate and introduce articles of impeachment against George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Be in Washington DC on September 15 to make your voice heard! (text/plain)

text A blogger's criticism of Robert Fisk redpill8 2007-07-24 1:42 AM
Robert Fisk is one of the greatest reporters of all time. He has written some of the most insightful, biting criticisms about U.S./Israeli/British foreign policy and provided readers, in vivid detail, a vision of of the plight of people living in war torn areas of the Middle East. I have nothing but sincere gratitude to him for putting his life on the line to give us these excellent stories. But, having said this, I think he is doing a disservice to his readers by claiming his contempt for the Internet and also by his refusal to look critically into the events of 9/11. (text/plain)

text Private Security Companies & Fascism Marcus Tullius 2007-07-17 2:08 AM
Several issues about private mercenaries have come to the forefront. However one important issue has “not” come to our attention. The issue that needs investigation is the “fact” that any private security employee could be taking secret orders (such as those of a subversive nature) from any special interest, political front or political power—including the taking of orders from other intelligence agencies or even mafia-like gangsters. Mammoth electoral fraud in Philippines elections: Padding and shaving
Nearly three weeks after election day, there are still no definitive results for the Philippine elections to the Senate and House of Representatives. Counting is still continuing and in a number of provinces it has not even begun. This has nothing to do with inefficiency and everything to do with ballot-rigging. The Philippines is one of the most corrupt ‘democracies’ in the world. (image/jpeg)
