Patricia Struck,NASAA,and James Dale Davidson's 'anti-naked shorting' scam
Tony Ryals
2005-11-26 1:13 AM
Dear Patricia Struck,
Below is email I sent to NASSA today.I can't believe after losing 100% of my 'investment' between 2002-2003 in what I thought was a legit company with a Stanford University nicotine for 'angiogenesis' patent that James Dale Davidson's and Agora Inc.'s 'anti-nakedshorting' fraud still goes strong. And David Patch of investigatethesec.com who is connected to Davidson at least since the pump and dump of Genemax on ragingbull.com and through Agora Inc. and who dominates ragingbull.com along with Mark Faulk of faulkingtruth.com' continue with their,'you're being naked shorted so buy a cert scam',which is really James Dale Davidson's and thus Agora Inc.'s scam to mask his many penny stock pump and dump ops. - Tony Ryals

Iraq: Turmoil Among the Warmakers, Challenge For the People

2005-11-25 5:32 PM
The war in Iraq, to understate the case, is not going well for the U.S. imperialists. The resistance to the U.S. occupation within Iraq has spread and grown more capable. The conflicts between the many different political, ethnic and class forces within Iraq show little sign of resolution, and the puppet Iraqi army is still not able to fight on its own. In response, the U.S. has escalated its tactics of wholesale terror directed against the Sunni Muslim population as a whole, which is the main (though not the only) base of the insurgency. Making all this worse--from the imperialist standpoint, that is--is the increasingly widespread and sharp sentiment against the war within the U.S. itself. And interplaying with that is a growing disaffection and anger within the army itself.

SF-IMC has been allowing Google to track you
security culture?
2005-11-25 3:15 AM
SF-IMC for an unknown period of time has included code in their web pages that allowed the capitalists at Google to track their site visitors, as well as allowing Google to set and read cookies on users' machines. Other Indymedia tech people called this out on Thanksgiving day. SF-IMC tried to play it off like those who questioned allowing a giant internet company to track their site's users were "paranoid", but SF-IMC does appear to have come to its senses and deleted the offending code. Still, there remain many unanswered questions as to the sum of the information Google was allowed to acquire through this code and for how long this tracking had been going on. As SF-IMC displays open hostility toward what they call the "fetishization of local control and autonomy of individual indymedia sites" and hopes to impose their vision of editorial policy network-wide, an explanation for such cooperation with a corporate entity should be forthcoming.
