Once war begins the “dogs of war” are released and there can never be any sure prediction of the chain reaction of events. So how is President Bush’s foreign policy reshaping the world as we adjust to the new world order? How is President Bush’s new “pre-emptive strike” strategy changing the new world order? Based on global relations leading up to the Bush Administration what could we have expected for the future if new measures were not implemented?
