Pa. Senate President Pro Tempore Robert C. Jubelirer shrugs off such characterizations, and sees the event instead as an opportunity to simply “ let your hair down a bit,” according to a Dec. 11 AP report. However, as a former plainclothes security officer working near the Waldorf, I can say with certainty that streetwalkers and call-girls will have joined at least some of these corporate and bureaucratic bigwigs as they let their hair down.
