Right Wingers on Pittsburgh: "Live ammo next time"
Bread Is Rising
2005-08-22 1:40 AM
Below is a link to Freak Republic. It is how they are responding to the events in Pittsburgh. If you feel you need to chime in on this site, you should. In fact all of us should sign on and give them an earful. They will immediately ban you and take your comments off the site, but maybe their moderators should do a little work. If they are going to start calling for live ammo to be used against anti-war activists (Post #3, and that came from a guy who ever since Sept. 11 has been calling for violence against progressive people), then we can sleep on them - and they shouldn't sleep at all. Readers of Senator Rick Santorum's book, It Takes a Family: Conservatism and the Common Good, should examine it closely, including its concluding "Bibliographical Note." Then they should ask themselves: "Is there any evidence in the text or bibliographical note to suggest that Mr. Santorum has ever read a serious, comprehensive history of the American Family?"
