What's next for Pgh anti-war movement?
by John Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003 at 11:27 AM

The convergence is over and the war goes on. What do people think we can do now to stop the madness?

The convergence was by any reckoning a sucess. Thousands up thousands in the streets. Extensive media coverage around the country. It was organized in a non-sectarian way that respected all of the groups involved and there seems to be a lot of energy coming off it.

My question is where should Pittsburgh go now? What do people see as the best way to disrupt the war machine. Do we have time for another mass convergence? Should we focus on smaller direct actions? Where should we target and how?
