Wilkinsburg Council is Against War

The Resolution

The Wilkinsburg Burrow City Council has
passed a resolution against the war.
I have no other details. My friend went to the
meeting. After 3 members of Wilkinsburg asked
for the council to pass a resolution, the anti war
resolution was proposed and passed.
